Kurd Garages – Persistent garage script for FiveM. Park at any garage, press E to store your car or open the menu. Your cars are saved in the database and stay after restart. You can take them out, give them custom names, and transfer them to other players. Includes admin commands (givecar, clearcars), map blips for each garage, and works with ox_lib and oxmysql.
ks-housing lets players buy and sell properties, manage who has keys, and lock doors with doorbells and police raids when you want that RP. Each home can use shell, MLO, or IPL interiors, with stashes and wardrobe support so people can store gear and change clothes inside. Realtors and admins can create, price, and delete listings from the UI, and you can hook garages and optional Discord logging to fit your server.
